MOBIL SHC 824

MOBIL SHC 824 turbine oils are designed specifically for the most severe industrial gas turbine applications, featuring a nominal 10,000-hour TOST life. These oils are recommended for lubricating land-based gas turbines, particularly units under 3,000 hp used as standby power units, and some types of total energy and combined cycle (gas/steam) systems. Formulated with synthesized hydrocarbons and a unique additive system, MOBIL SHC 824 provides outstanding low-temperature fluidity and exceptional resistance to high-temperature degradation. These lubricants offer excellent anti-wear properties, protection against rust and corrosion, good air release performance, and resistance to foaming.
