- Product Highlights
- It forms a strong acidic aqueous solution; therefore, it can produce a low-pH solution.
- Compared to acetic acid and hydrochloric acid, it has no objectionable odor; therefore, it can be used as a substitute for those acids.
- Corroding metals less than other mineral acids, subsequently extends equipment life.
- After cleaning process, it can be rinsed immediately from equipment since it produces water soluble reaction yield.
- In bleaching operations, it can reduce paper pulp degradation when it combined with hypochlorite.
- It can be used for cleaning critical stainless steel equipment even for food handling since it has essentially no chlorides.

Because of advantages such as handling ease, solubility and low corrosiveness, sulfamic acid has many difersified uses for:
- Manufacture of Sodium Cyclamate (artificial sweeteners).
- For hard water scales removal from cooling tower systems and evaporative condensers and rust removal from air conditioners.
- For beer stone removal from brewery equipment, glass lined tanks, kettle and open beer coolers.
- Bleaching process in pulp & paper industries.
- Cleaning agent for chemical process industries equipments (steam boilers, condensers, heat exchanges, jacketed equipment, and piping).
- Fracturing fluid in oil drilling.
- pH Adjustment.
- Anodizing, Electroforming, Electroplating and Electrorefining.
- Manufacture of making dyes and pigments.
- Manufacture of flame retardant.
- Catalyst in esterification process.
- Sulfation and sulfamation process.
- Curing Agent for Phenol, Melamine and Urea resin.
