SOLUZYME HPP - PROZYN is an enzymatic preparation based on microbial proteases, suitable for use in the fish processing industry. SOLUZYME HPP operates within the pH range of 5.0 to 7.5 and at temperatures between 40 and 60 °C. The enzyme can be inactivated by heating at 90 °C for 30 minutes.
