- ADM NovaXan® 200 is an off-white to light tan colored, free flowing granular powder that is used as a thickener and stabilizer.
- NovaXan® is used in the manufacture of salad dressings, dairy based products, beverages, gravies, and sauces. It is also the active ingredient in many food grade products such as frozen refrigerated dough, cake mixes, bread, batters, along with gluten free products.
- In the personal and cosmetic care space, NovaXan® is an ingredient in toothpastes, shampoos and lotions.
- Pharmaceutical products include antibiotic suspensions.

Storage & Handling

- Shelf Life and Storage Condition
- ADM NovaXan® 200 has a very stable shelf life if stored under normal dry and cool conditions.
- It is recommended that the product be warehoused according to FIFO (First-In-First-Out) and that it be used within a 36 month period from the test date on the certificate of analysis. Retesting prior to use is recommended after three years of storage.
